		<description>This is some excellent advice. People jus don't realize the cumulative damage of years of slush and drippings at the entrances will cause. 

It will damage not just the floor but once the floor starts seperating or cupping, then the subfloor gets damaged and since it isn't finished it just soaks up the moisture.</description>
